“Under Construction” ~ A Shared Story

I am sharing the post below because the author’s story so closely parallels my own. While many ministers recoil at the term “deconstruction,” many Christians who go through a process of reexamining what they believe do not end up straying from the faith or denying it. Rather, they find they have grown closer to Jesus, are experiencing greater peace, and are more useful in His hands. Breaking off the shackles caused by man’s traditions (which have been set up in the name of God) enables us to love others, especially those outside the faith, in a way that most of us could not have imagined.
